Levels-of-Fitness-sml

Our tours have been designed for the ‘not too young & not too old’ and while we do not discriminate on age, you do need to have a good level of fitness and mobility. You should be able to carry your own bags, as porter services are not always available at all hotels, and you should be able to walk 2km on uneven ground and climb several flights of stairs. Passengers who are 70 and over will be required to obtain a doctor’s clearance before travelling.

Here's what others have had to say about this tour.

Sri Lanka - Essence of Sri Lanka Great sights, experiences, food & peope with excellent service throughout. 5
Sri Lanka is a vibrant contrast with so much history & a rich cultural background, such incredible food & people. Our beach stay at The Heritance Ahungalla was out of this world - such personalised attention with lots of surprises along the way - a tour of the kitchens & the chocolate factory, a cooking lesson, a cocktail party with hotel management, dinner on the beach, 5 star dining - a very relaxing end to a few weeks of travel in a very pleasant & caring environment!
