“We had a wonderful time and most of that was due to the excellent service and attention we received from the Bunnik representatives. Our tour organiser, Ahmad Yehya, was very professional and attended to all our needs. He made us feel very welcome from the moment he met us at the airport, I felt I could just relax and enjoy the holiday, knowing that he was arranging everthing for us. Every step of our trip was explained and it all ran so smoothly.
Our guides, Ibrahim (Lower Egypt) and Abdul (Upper Egypt), were also very professional and friendly, they looked after us so well and any request we made was fulfilled. The Nile cruise on MS Lily, was one of the highlights of the trip and the service was outstanding, I hope you will pass that on to the staff, they are doing an excellent job.

I would not hesitate to contact Bunnik Travel for my next overseas holiday and will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you so much for having such dedicated staff, you should be very proud of the way they are representing your company, by the end of our holiday they all felt like friends not tour guides.
