South American Discovery Tour

Our flagship tour, South American Discovery, explores the best of this fascinating and colourful continent. We start in exotic Ecuador before exploring the Amazon Jungle and majestic Machu Picchu in Peru. Continue over Lake Titicaca into Bolivia and then it’s on to the lively city of Rio in Brazil and the magic of Iguazu Falls. We end our South American Discovery in cosmopolitan Buenos Aires with a tango twist.

Experience the excitement of Ecuador
Our South America tour starts in Ecuador with a visit to visit the unique Middle of the world in Quito. This is the only place where you can stand with a foot in each hemisphere! Continuing our South America tour we go high up into the Andes Mountains where the scenic views are stunning. As we explore Ecuador we’ll visit lots of colourful local towns and villages, many of which have their own busy markets. At Otavalo we’ll experience a market of a very different kind as they barter with animals instead of money!

Hear the rhythm of the jungle
From Ecuador our South America tour continues into Peru. We’ll venture deep into the Peruvian Amazonian Jungle for an unforgettable 3 night stay in a jungle lodge. Here we’ll explore the lush tropical rainforest and meet the natives as we visit local Indian villages.

Feel the magic of South America
No tour of South America would be complete without seeing Peru's spectacular Inca city of Machu Picchu. It’s an intensely spiritual place and will take your breath away. Live it up in Rio
From Peru we’ll cross the massive Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, into Bolivia. We’ll spend time exploring La Paz, with a backdrop of dramatic snow capped peaks, it’s a visual feast. Our amazing South America tour finishes in Brazil where we’ll visit the thunderous Iguazu Falls and party in Rio de Janeiro – this really is a holiday of a lifetime.
