Yangtze Experience Tour

Walk on the Great Wall of China
Our China tour starts in Beijing. This is a fantastic city as there is a lot to see and experience here. Our tour includes a visit to the enormous Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the beautiful Summer Palace. We also get to walk on one of the world’s most iconic landmarks, the Great Wall of China. As well as all the visual highlights we also get to taste an authentic dinner of Peking Duck and take a fun rickshaw ride through the narrow streets of the hutongs.

Cruise on the Yangtze River
From Beijing our China tour continues to Xi’an where we visit the amazing terracotta Warriors and Horses – these are considered one of the greatest archaeological finds of the last century. From Xi’an we fly into Chongqing where we board our Yangtze Cruise. During our three night cruise on the Yangtze River we’ll enjoy various excursions, including a visit to the ancient Fengdu Ghost City, as well as taking the opportunity to sit back and admire the changing landscapes of the river.

Sensational Shanghai
We finish our tour of China with three nights in sensational Shanghai. This is a big, bustling city with a big personality. Our touring includes the historic Bund, the impressive Shanghai Museum, the colourful Yu Yuan markets and the peaceful 400-year old Yu Garden. We also get to enjoy an incredible acrobatic show where the power of the performers will amaze you.
