Explore the many sides of picturesque Uganda, the ‘pearl of Africa’, from its wildlife and scenery to vibrant culture. Spend an incredible day tracking chimpanzees, tour volcanic crater lakes, and go in search of the ‘Big 5’. Visit a local village and hike through the Impenetrable Forest to see mountain gorillas.

Primate Paradise

Our touring begins in the Kibale Forest National Park, Uganda’s primate paradise. Here the star attraction is the chimpanzees but we may also encounter red colobus and L’Hoest’s monkeys.

Look out for the 'Big 5'!

Other highlights in Uganda include the Katwe Explosion Craters, a dramatic series of extinct volcanoes. We also visit the Queen Elizabeth National Park and enjoy a game drive – keep an eye out for hippos, elephants, leopards, lions and more! We then travel through the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced slopes, blue lakes and stunning panoramic views!

Close Encounters

A real highlight, a visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for our first humbling experience with the famous mountain gorillas. Stand just metres from man’s distant cousins as they eat, rest and play - a truly magical experience!
