Head north to Musanze, a village located at the foot of the Virungas - a chain of mostly dormant volcanoes. In the Volcanoes National Park, you’ll get up close and personal with a family of rare mountain gorillas. Spend an incredible hour observing these magnificent creatures in their daily life – feeding, playing, resting and raising their young. You’ll also visit an ex-poacher’s village that is now an award-winning conservation initiative, visit the local market and explore the local area.
