Description

DeluxeTour

Discover the ever beating heartbeat of the bustling Middle East, exploring three enthralling countries of Egypt, Israel and Jordan, each enriched in a fascinating and complex history. Be immersed in refined, luxurious style while uncovering awe-inspiring ancient monuments, historic holy sites and dramatic landscapes.

Journey through Jordan

Experience the luxurious side of Jordan as we journey through this ancient country. We start in Amman and see the Roman city of Jerash before taking a hands on local cooking class. The Dead Sea is next where you can swim (or float!) without trying. We continue to Petra, an amazing destination made famous in classic movies such as Indiana Jones. The entrance is located at the end of a dark, narrow chasm; words cannot describe the unique beauty of the magnificent entrance to the Treasury. Our next stop is enchanting Wadi Rum where we camp in luxury under a blanket of sparkling stars.

Intriguing Israel

Step back in time as we uncover the intriguing history of Israel. After crossing the border from Jordan, we'll start our touring here in Mitzpe Ramon, set in the Negev desert. Next it's on to Tel Aviv where we see the fascinating Diaspora Museum, before travelling to Haifa, highlights here include the Summit of Mount Carmel and a wine tasting in Golan. We'll then explore Jerusalem, seeing the sacred Jewish Wailing Wall and enjoy a stunning sound and light show at the Tower of David Museum.

Explore ancient Egypt

Next on our list is the must see Great Pyramids of Giza before before making our way to Aswan to enjoy an indulgent high tea. Our touring continues as we visit Abu Simbel before boarding our Nile cruise. We finish in Cairo, with visits to the world-famous Egyptian Museum, home to Tutankhamun's priceless treasures, the Citadel of Cairo and the Mohammed Ali Mosque, before a trip to the lively Khan el-Khalili Bazaar.

Please note: We are sure you will have a fantastic time in Jordan. Marion Bunnik has just finished travelling through Jordan on an inspection visit and has noticed that Jordan has had an enormous influx of tourists over the past couple of years. As a result of this, the infrastructure that is usually enjoyed by tourists in well developed countries can often be stretched and therefore, inconsistent. This may mean that there may be noticeable differences in standards, including vehicles, hotels and guides. Bunnik Tours always endeavours to provide the best touring experience possible and recommends that everyone who visits Jordan, do so with an open mind and flexibility.
