Moroccan Discovery Moroccan Discovery 5
My wife and I have just finished up the most amazing trip through Morocco and the experience was amazing, not just the trip but throughout the time of booking with Donna H being our contact at Bunnik. Donna could not be more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. The moment we arrived in Casablanca and was greeted by Mouktah (guide) and Ali (driver) we knew we were is safe and capable hands. An intimate group of 7 set off to explore this wonderful country. We travelled through Ramadan which was an amazing experience, the calls to prayer which echoed throughout the streets was haunting and mezmorizing to experience. To be invited off the street in Marrakech to join a local family for iftar blew our mind and opened our hearts. This was one of those trips that took your breath away on more than one occasion, sitting on a sand dune in the middle of the Sahara desert, being at the biggest mosque in Morocco during the holiest of times and exploring the blue city of Chefchaouen. Amd not to mention all the hands on experiences throughout the trip like a cooking class in Marrakech, pottery making in the atlas mountains, getting lost in the medina's, negotiating a great price in the Souks, cracking Argan seeds with the beautiful ladies and dancing with the black Africans of Morocco. The hotels and included meals were amazing and everything ran so very smoothly. I highly recommend this trip as you are totally emerged in the beautiful country of Morocco and I very much recommend Bunnik, this was our second trip with them and we are already looking at their website for the next as we know without a doubt this company is simply the best, no hidden extras and genuine small group touring. Moroccan Discovery Morocco Wow! 5
What an interesting itinerary. Every place visited was different from the mosque in Casablanca, the fishing port of Essaouira, medinas of Marrakech and Fez and camel ride in the Sahara. All brought to life by our wonderful passionate guide Aziz who was a font of knowledge about Morocco. He also helped me negotiate the price of a beautiful Berber carpet. Thanks for great trip.
