An unforgettable journey through Russia, the Baltics and Eastern Europe. Explore medieval castles, a Soviet bunker and grand palaces. Tour the heritage-listed cities of Tallinn and Riga, and discover the history and opulence of Moscow, St Petersburg and Prague.

We begin in Russia

Our fascinating Europe tour starts in Russia where we’ll explore Moscow, stopping at the famous Red Square, the Kremlin, and the city’s Grand Metro, before heading to St Petersburg where we’ll visit the world famous Hermitage Museum.

Medieval Europe

As our Europe tour continues, we journey through the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania. Along the way we’ll stop in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius. All of these cities have a medieval atmosphere which you’ll feel as you walk down cobblestone streets, sample the delights of cafes in old-world town squares, and visit gothic town halls.

Poland and Prague

Next stop Poland. Here we’ll spend time in Warsaw and Krakow, one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, rivalled only by Prague - which is where we’ll finish our Europe tour. You’ll love Prague - it’s a wonderfully vibrant city and is home to some of Europe’s most stunning gothic and Baroque architecture.

Moscow to Prague Apart from a few minor hiccups an amazing tour 4
I have been fascinated with Russia for as long as I can remember thinking it would be dull, concrete and communist buildings. I love a palace and museum and Russia had so many beautiful impressive buildings. So much to love on this trip. Marian Murray - July 2017

Moscow to Prague Well organised Rita managed any problem efficiently; great places 4
Highlights: Unbelievable Katherine Palace. You were bowled over by Moscow and it didn't stop. You had a glimpse of how they live now and did in the past. The Baltic countries were a relaxing pleasure with castles and culture on display. Poland and Krakow were beautiful and felt more prosperous, as was the Czech republic, great as always. Jeanette McPhee - September 2016
Moscow to Prague The opportunity to visit Russia/Baltic countries in one trip. 4
Always wanted to visit St Petersburg, so that was a major highlight for me. The opportunity to travel from Russia, through the Baltic countries and across to the Czech Republic in one trip, and to be informed with lots of history and cultural information from the various guides, made the trip educational and enjoyable. Susan Hall - September 2016
Moscow to Prague Loved the knowledge of the Guide 4

Moscow to Prague Loved it had a great time 4
Our tour guide Aija was very professional she went beyond her role to make sure everything was just right. The group was great we all got on so well which made the trip even better. My fondest memory was our night in Cesky Krumlov what a treasure..just love it. Our accommodation had no air con, we didn't care because it was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful building, the town was so romantic. To protect this beautiful town they don’t allow buses into the square, ( unfortunately they do allow crazy locals to drive...but that another story) I’m not sure there would be the room as the cobble stones streets are narrow. We took our hand luggage and walked through this lovely park that was surrounded by rolling hills when we saw the town it took our breath away. It was lovely to spend the morning there before heading to Prague. Carole Breese - September 2016
Moscow to Prague Loved countries and cultures and history 4
The incredible art and architecture of the Russian palaces. The treasures and the history. The vastness of the country and the public areas like Red square. The social and cultural contradictions such as the rich religious heritage which has survived Communism. Our wonderful guide Daiga. Adrienne Gorme - May 2016
Moscow to Prague Loved the train from Moscow to St Petersburg! 5
Excellent itinerary, group size, two/three night stays and inclusions. The buses were excellent and I loved having the small group on a big bus with lots of spare space - worth every cent to have this level of comfort. The bus drivers were wonderful. Jennifer Burman - May 2016
Moscow to Prague Liked the Small group and large bus and great itinerary 5
Too many highlights to mention - lots of memories and learnt a lot of the recent history of the areas we travelled. Margaret Houston - May 2016
Moscow to Prague Clever tour planning, excellent hotels & very knowledgeable guides 5
Every day was a highlight - having read about Russia since my teens, it was fantastic to just be there & it didn't disappoint! The optional extra tours throughout gave us all that 'magical insight' that brought the culture alive! Fabulous singers, ballet, Cossack dancing & river cruises showed us how rich their history is! Maree McGowan - August 2016
Moscow to Prague Great itinerary, great guides, very well organised overall 5
The treasures of Russia - especially Red Square and the Kremlin Armoury with the Faberge eggs in Moscow, the Hermitage and palaces and Amber Room in St Petersburg. Elena our guide was wonderful and helped us with the bit of Russian we had learnt before the trip. She had the patience of a saint with the 16 women on board! The trip was very well organised with 'technical stops', included excursions and free time. Overall a great trip!! Anne Gerard - August 2016
Moscow to Prague Everything expertly organised so you can just relax and enjoy 5
So many highlights - St. Basil's in Moscow, Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. Grand Palace at Peterhof Estate. Estonia, Lativa and Lithuania were amazing. Cesky Krumlov and Prague are highlights in themselves. The optional tours help make this tour memorable - Cossack dancing, Folk Singing Choir, Private recital of Chopin music the list goes on!!! Betty Burke - August 2016
Moscow to Prague Fantastic places to see and hotels centrally located everywhere. 4
Moscow was just amazing. I had an image in my mind and it was anything but what the city was really like. The people as a whole were friendly and the city extremely clean. Another highlight was on the days were we travelling in the bus to another city the time was broken up with inclusive side trips along the way. Previous tours I have participated in had up to 10 hours a day on the road with the only breaks in roadhouses. Trish Scriha - May 2016
Moscow to Prague I loved seeing old cities with world heritage listings 5
Highlights were Cesky Krumlov. Prague, St Petersburg, The Hermitage, PeterHof, Lunch on the river in Prague. Peter Haberman - May 2016

Moscow to Prague Architecture, history, art and music. 5
Special concerts, such as a Chopin recital in a neo-gothic palace in Warsaw, and dancing minuets in a Lithuanian palace, that brought the Eastern European cities to life beyond tourism. Mark Allerton - May 2016
Moscow to Prague Well paced, good content, accommodation close to action. 5
Liked Cesky Krumlov, Vilnius and Krakow the most. Free time was well-balanced with the tour activities. The guide and coach driver were excellent and the whole journey was one of relaxation and enjoyment. Very good accommodation in most of the stopovers. Keith Michel - September 2015
Moscow to Prague Interesting new places visited with like-minded people and great guides. 5
Highlight was visiting Vilnius, a city I had barely heard of. Such beauty and vibrancy with a relatively low number of tourists. I had beaver stew at a very interesting restaurant. Ron Smith - September 2015
Moscow to Prague The guide was superbly organised, considerate and accommodating. 4
Tallinn, St Petersburg, Krakow and Prague were revelations. I especially enjoyed the freedom to find restaurants that were away from tourist sites and get much closer to the cities' true culture. Tod Piekos - September 2015
Moscow to Prague Loved the breadth and depth of experiences and tight organisation 5
Fondest memories included Moscow, Salt Mine at Krakow, landscapes, variety of experiences, excellent care of our tour leader Elena and the freedom to follow our own interests after the formal tour of city or place of interest. Timothy O'Hearn - September 2015
Moscow to Prague Loved the countries on my bucket list! 4
The UNESCO Heritage sites were awe-inspiring and amazing. I enjoyed all that I saw and the entire trip lived up to my expectations. Cesky Krumlov was so quaint and beautiful. Our accommodation in all places visited was in central locations and mostly near the old towns so perfect for independent exploring. Judy Whitehead - September 2015
Moscow to Prague Itinerary, excellent guide, hotels near the centre, small group 5
Highlights were the excellent itinerary, lovely old towns, Faberge museum, incredible salt mines and our excellent guide. Sally Atherton - September 2015
Moscow to Prague History, colour, food and the locals. 5
So many highlights! Our tour director was brilliant: professional, knowledgeable and calm. Moscow and St Petersburg were breathtaking, as were all the cities: century-old historical towns surrounded by 21st century cities. Delicious foods and wine. All locations were easy to walk around, there was never a hint of being unsafe and not secure. Changing money was never a problem. Our coach drivers must be commended on keeping us safe on the roads. Jane Nolan - September 2015
Moscow to Prague Stress free organisation, fabulous itinerary, excellent guides and great accommodation 5
Moscow and St Petersburg exceeded our expectations. The Salt Mines in Krakow were amazing. The small group was wonderful, and the care and attention of Elena, our guide, was outstanding. We particularly loved being able to walk from the hotels to the sights of the old towns and cities. Pamela O'Hara - July 2015
Moscow to Prague Great places, amazing buildings, beautiful things, interesting local guides. 5
We enjoyed exploring all of the cities, each with their maze of interesting cobbled streets, variety of architecture, the colourful gardens... Highlights included being amazed at the opulence and lavish decorations in the palaces, people watching while enjoying local cuisine in the lively town square, and hearing the personal stories of guides in countries that had experienced a difficult history. Accommodation, Guides and Transport on tour was all excellent. Susan Spedding - July 2015
Moscow to Prague Great tour leader with well-organised essentials and adequate free time 5
The options were excellent e.g. musical concerts and the bonus Soviet Bunker tour was fascinating. We particularly liked the singing group in the Art Gallery in Moscow. The site guides were excellent, particularly Lena, Tanya and the Bunker guide. The tour leader had a good combination of organisational skills, understanding of group and individual needs, and knowledge. Jan Allerton - May 2015
Moscow to Prague Well put together and well organised 4
Russia was a highlight to me, both Moscow and Saint Petersburg; the palaces and churches were so beautiful. The other countries were great too - the old cities of the Baltic states. Travelling in a small group of Australians was very friendly and comfortable. Catherine Lopez - September 2014
Moscow to Prague Incredible cultures which have coped with amazing historical turmoils 4
The Latvian's love of nature and their sustainable forests was a joy to experience. Krakow Old Town was an amazing place to explore and a personal visit during free-time to the Jagiellonian University and it's incredible collection of ancient books, research equipment, furniture and fixtures of a medieval university was a real highlight. Noni Dorrell - August 2014
Moscow to Prague The group itself got along really well. 5
Though quite different characters, we went out for dinner together, formed informal groupings which were flexible and no one felt left out. People chose to spend as much time or as little with others as best suited them. The bus used for ground travel was a luxurious 50 seater for our small group, offering room to be with others or apart as one felt. Tallinn was a surprisingly lovely city. The first of our Baltic Old Towns, it really made an impression. Judith Percy - September 2014
Moscow to Prague The ballet in St Petersburg was the stand out for me. It fulfilled a bucket list item 4
Tallin and Krakow were also favorites. Having a small group of 12 gave us some freedom to explore places and get around the very large tour groups and also be thankful we weren't in those groups. We are repeat travellers because Bunnik offers the sort of tours we love to do - small groups, different itineraries, great leaders and guides Robyne Lewis - September 2014
Moscow to Prague Loved seeing countries and having it all organised for us 5
Highlights were probably seeing Russia, somewhere I'd always wanted to see (esp after filling in visa). Having fun with our small group, you got to know everyone. Trying to order food/drink without knowing the languages. Tour guide was great. She informed us about everything. Where to go, what to see, how much. Recommendations for everything. She cared about all of us. Sheree Tumanik - July 2014
Moscow to Prague Great Guide, super people we travelled with, wonderful countries visited 4
Red Square, Kremlin visit, canal and river boat excursion, and festival on esplanade in Riga, Prague, everything about it ..Many thanks Bunniks Lee Murray - July 2014
Moscow to Prague Magnificent cities and towns with great accommodation locations 4
The complete physical and cultural difference between Moscow and St Petersburg - chalk and cheese but loved both. Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius really surprised as great destinations with lovely old towns and excellent cuisine. Cesky Krumlov was simply beautiful. Kevin Simmonds - April 2014
Moscow to Prague Thoroughly enjoyed the trip 4
The tour guides were all excellent. The sightseeing was very good. We liked the use of less major roads to see the countryside and avoid the boredom of freeways. The stay in Cesky Krumlov was a great change to the previous itinerary. Graham Milliken - August 2013
