Travel isn't what we do, it's who we are.
Marion Bunnik created her first tour back in 2003. Now over 30 years later, our family's passion has expanded to over 80 itineraries across some of the world's most exciting and exotic destinations.
With a wanderlust-loving team of in-house Travel Specialists, there aren't many pockets of the world where one of our team members hasn't spent time exploring. But no matter how many places we've been, we have never stopped being in awe of how incredible this planet and its people are. Our curiosity is only over-shadowed by our excitement to share it with like-minded travellers - that's you!
It's who you go with, that makes all the difference when booking your dream holiday. Read on to meet the team.
Directors

Travel runs through Marion Bunnik’s veins. Having visited over 120 countries and all seven continents, she continues to explore the world with the same passion that inspired her to create Bunnik Tours.
Marion began her travel career in the Netherlands before moving to Australia, where she opened Marion Bunnik Travel in 1995 - a small retail agency with just three staff. That humble beginning laid the foundation for what would become one of Australia’s leading small group tour companies.
To this day, Marion still personally escorts tours, most recently leading a group through the fascinating 5-Stans. Her love of culture and connection shines through, with Marion fluent in French, Dutch, German, Spanish and even a little Indonesian (along with her signature “Double Dutch” English).
When she's not discovering new corners of the globe, Marion enjoys life with her high school sweetheart Frank, their three children and seven grandchildren. With insatiable curiosity and a heart for adventure, Marion’s lifelong commitment to meaningful travel is at the heart of everything Bunnik Tours stands for.

Sacha Bunnik began his career with Singapore Airlines before joining the family business in 1996, bringing with him a passion for meaningful, well-curated travel experiences. He was also the first Bunnik to visit all seven continents - a testament to his lifelong love of exploration.
Today, as Joint-CEO, Sacha continues to help shape the future of Bunnik Tours while staying true to the company’s roots as a family-run business built on personal connection.
Outside the office, Sacha shares travel stories on his YouTube channel, Sacha Bunnik's Global Adventures. A real sports nut, he follows Adelaide United and the mighty Adelaide Crows religiously, though his only sporting glory (so far) is winning the company’s Foosball World Cup… twice. He’s also a proud husband to his high school sweetheart, Inger, and dad to three daughters.

Dennis Bunnik’s career has taken him from the hotel lobbies of London to the skies above Australia — and eventually, back home to Adelaide. After working with Hilton Hotels and Qantas Holidays, where he qualified as a chartered management accountant, Dennis returned to help launch Marion Bunnik Travel and has been part of the family business ever since.
As Joint-CEO of Bunnik Tours, Dennis brings a strategic mind and deep industry knowledge to the company’s operations. He also serves as Chair of the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO), a role he’s proudly held since 2015, championing the interests of the broader tourism sector.
Outside the boardroom, Dennis shares his love of flying, photography and travel on his popular YouTube channel, Dennis Bunnik Travels, which has attracted more than 29 million views and over 135,000 subscribers worldwide. He lives in Adelaide with his wife Julie and their two sons.
