Full Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. General
1.1. Details on how to enter, competition dates and prizes as set out in the Schedule (Item 8) form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms and Conditions) for each competition referred to under the Schedule 8.1 (each Competition). Entry into this Competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
1.2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
1.3. These terms and conditions should also be read in conjunction with the Booking Conditions found on our website as these apply to your dealings with the Bunnik Travel Group brand.
2. Who can enter
2.1. The competition is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, excluding employees of the Bunnik Travel Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2.2. The Promoter is Bunnik Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 38077203466), which includes, but is not limited to, Bunnik Tours (the 'Promoter'). The Promoter's address is 45 Flinders Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
3. How to enter
3.1. Entrants may enter this Competition by following the entry requirements set out in Item 8.2 of the Schedule. Conditions specific to the method of entry are set out in Item 8.2 of the Schedule.
3.2. Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Number of entries permitted
4.1. Entrants may enter this Competition as often as is specified in Item 8.3 of the Schedule.
5. Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
5.1. The Competitions commence on Wednesday 05 October 2022 at 12PM and closes on Friday, 30th June, 2023 at 12PM. All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times (ACST), based on the location of the Promoter. Entries for each Promotion must be received by the Promoter prior to the Competition close date and time. The final draw will occur no later than Monday, 03 July 2023 at 4PM.
5.2. Each individual Competition will open, close and be drawn on the dates specified in Item 8.1 of the Schedule. All draws will be conducted at the Promoter's Premises at 45 Flinders Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 Australia.
5.3. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
5.4. The winner/s will be notified via email (as determined by the address provided by the entrant) within two business days of the draw. The winner will be published via social media per Item 8.1 of the Schedule.
5.5. Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the draw.
5.6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5.7. Winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
5.8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three (3) months of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be drawn and published as per Item 8.1 of the Schedule.
5.9. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes on offer
6.1. Total prize value is up to $4,500 over the blanket Competition Period. Individual prizes for each Competition will not exceed $500 in value.
6.2. The prizes on offer for each individual Competition are specified in Item 8.1 of the Schedule and conditions specific to the prize/s are specified in Item 8.4 of the Schedule.
7. Further Terms and Conditions
7.1. Any entrant found to have used a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate this competition.
7.2. Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request.
7.3. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
7.4. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the winner’s chosen email or postal addresses. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the prize winner.
7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner's deed of release (and indemnification) or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Promoter deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
7.6. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
7.7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
7.8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or inflicted by you (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with this competition.
7.9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7.10. All entries become the property of the Promoter and by entering this competition, all entrants agree to be signed up to the Promoter’s marketing database.
7.11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.2. Entry method and conditions of entry:
Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by entering their email address in our database at www.bunniktours.com.au within the promotional period outlined above.
By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter. Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.
8.3. Entrants may only enter this competition once.
8.4. Prize conditions:
Prize must be used in full by the expiry date indicated on the voucher and in accordance with the terms of use. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. The prize can only be used to reduce the price of your small group tour booking with Bunnik Tours by the value of your prize.
