  • Explore London on a city tour as you enjoy views of Big Ben, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Trafalgar Square & St Pauls Cathedral where entrance is included.
  • Visit Stonehenge and be amazed by this ancient monument of standing stones.
    Discover the charm of East Devon as we stop at the pretty seaside towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth.
  • Visit the National Trust’s Trelissick Gardens, a stunning country house, manicured gardens and rambling countryside.
  • Journey to Cornwall, indulging in lunch and a visit to Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm.
  • Visit the idyllic tidal island of St Michael’s Mount and explore seaside town of St Ives. We’ll embark on a guided tour that includes the Tate St Ives, the working harbour and Smeaton’s Pier.

  • Step back to the mod times of 1960s Liverpool on a Beatles Tour. Explore Liverpool’s famous sites including a visit to the iconic museum, The Beatles Story. We’ll also see the former schools and childhood homes of the Fab Four, St Peters Church hall and the Cavern Club.
  • Relax on a morning cruise on Lake Windermere.
  • A walking discovery optional hike awaits those feeling energetic. Hike in Holme Wood, a peaceful English woodland with beautiful blends of oak, chestnut and ash, and home to the adored red squirrel.
  • Hadrian’s wall in Brampton dates back to 122 AD and we have the opportunity to walk along a portion of it where it cuts across the countryside.
  • Continue to Durham, famed for its cathedral and castle, and enjoy free time for lunch.
  • Travel to Rievaulx and visit the Rievaulx Abbey, its ruins are still impressive today!
  • Journey south to York and embark on a city tour that includes entry to the York Minster. We’ll see Clifford’s Tower and walk down the Shambles and Snickelways - small laneways some of which date back to medieval times.

  • Explore Conwy on a city tour and visit the smallest house in Britain. We’ll visit Conwy Guild Hall and Town Hall before a tour of Conwy Castle. Built in the 13th century its watchtowers overlook the North Wales coastline.

Scotland’s stunning scenery

  • Stop at Gretna Green, the United Kingdom’s most popular wedding destination due to a centuries-old elopement tradition. We’ll visit the Famous Blacksmith’s Shop which still operates as a wedding venue today.
  • Learn the fascinating story of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed cotton mill village of New Lanark at the New Lanark Visitors Centre.
  • Visit the multi award-winning Battle of Bannockburn experience, interacting with medieval warriors on either side of the battle. We’ll see the statue of Robert the Bruce and the battlefields.
  • Drive through bonny Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. We’ll have a photo stop at Glencoe, renowned for its thatched cottages and pretty waterfalls.
  • Enjoy free time in Fort Williams, located on the shores of Loch Linnhe.
  • Explore the village of Drumnadrochit, where we visit the nearby ruins of Urquhart Castle.
  • Cruise one of the world’s most famous lakes, Loch Ness.
  • Take a tour of Inverness with highlights including Inverness Castle, Victorian Market, Cathedral & Tollbooth Steeple.
  • Stand on the battlefield of Culloden, the site of the final Jacobite Rising and one of the bloodiest battles in Scottish history.

  • Edinburgh, the Scottish capital offers us many sights on a city tour. Highlights include a visit to the Old Town with the St. Giles Cathedral, a walk over the famous Royal Mile and a visit to Edinburgh Castle.
  • August 2020 departure only: Our 8th August 2020 departure will be in Edinburgh for the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo. Witness the spectacle of the annual series of military tattoos performed by the British Armed Forces on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.

At Bunnik Tours we don’t put specific age limits on our tours, but we also recognise some travellers may find our itineraries challenging.

We have a duty of care to all tour participants and the tour guides, so we do impose a firm policy on the level of fitness required by all our clients to attempt to ensure your safety and the safety of other travellers on our tours.

At Bunnik Tours our goal is for all our travellers to enjoy their tour, not struggle through it! Which is why we want to work with you to ensure you are on the best possible trip for your fitness level. We do reserve the right to refuse bookings if we feel that the requirements of the tour are too demanding.

Bunnik Tours are for independently minded travellers with good levels of mobility.

  3. Extended periods of walking/hiking through humid forest areas in Rwanda, Guatemala, Mexico and Costa Rica
  4. Limited medical facilities in remote areas

Bunnik Tours travellers are required to at least:

  1. Be able to walk 2-3 hours on uneven surfaces without the use of any walking aid, on any given day
  2. Walk up multiple flights of stairs and short, steep hills
  3. Stand for 20 minutes without needing to sit down, often in hot/humid climates
  4. Carry their own luggage
  5. Get on and off various modes of transport without assistance, including small boats
