These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the trade competition promotion specified in clause 1 (“Promotion”) conducted by Bunnik Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 077 203 466) trading as Bunnik Tours (ABN 38 077 203 466) of 45 Flinders Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
Participation in this Promotion is subject to the Terms, which are designed to ensure fairness, and transparency.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional instructions or information provided by Bunnik Tours in connection with the Promotion. Please read these Terms carefully before participating.

(f) Eligible Jurisdiction(s): Australia-wide
(g) Promotion Period: Starts: 9am (ACDT) 1 January 2026 Ends: 5pm (ACDT) 5pm 31 December 2026. No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
2. Judging and Criteria
This is a game of skill - chance plays no part in determining the winner. All eligible entries will be assessed by judges appointed by Bunnik Tours against qualitative criteria, which may include creativity, originality, relevance to the stated theme and overall impact. Bunnik Tours has discretion to select the winning entry based on the judges’ assessments and the stated criteria, and the decision is final.
3. Prizes
(a) Prize(s): 12 x The Travel Book by Lonely Planet valued at $60 per month during the promotion period; 1 x $1,000 Bunnik Tours Voucher.
(b) Prize Value (RRP): The Travel Book by Lonely Planet - $60 including GST. Bunnik Tours Travel Voucher - $1,000.
(c) Voucher Conditions: The voucher can only be redeemed through Bunnik Tours. There is no cash alternative and the voucher is not redeemable for cash. This voucher cannot be used for foreign currency or travellers cheques. Voucher is valid for 36 months from date of issue. The voucher is not transferrable and can only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher. Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
(d) Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified by email.
5. Content Requirements
(a) Entries must be the entrant’s original work, not previously published, and must not infringe any third‑party rights, be defamatory, obscene, or unsafe.
(b) Where a person is identifiable in a video, the entrant must have that person’s permission (and for minors, the parent/guardian’s consent).
6. Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
(a) The entrant retains copyright in their video.
(b) The entrants warrants they are the sole author and owner of the video and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, is not defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
(c) Entrants grant Bunnik Tours a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish and communicate the content for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Promotion.
7. Specific Prize Condition – voucher
For the avoidance of doubt, where the prize (or any component of it) comprises travel or travel‑related services supplied or arranged by Bunnik Tours (including where the prize is a voucher that is redeemed for travel‑related services to be supplied or arranged by Bunnik Tours), the prize is subject to Bunnik Tours’ standard Booking Conditions (as in effect at the time the prize is accepted or a voucher is redeemed) available at https://www.bunniktours.com.au/terms-and-conditions and acceptance or use of the prize is limited or excluded in accordance with those Booking Conditions, to the extent permitted by law. If and to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Booking Conditions in relation to the redemption, booking, acceptance or use of the prize, the Booking Conditions prevail.
8. General
(a) If the prize or any element is unavailable, Bunnik Tours may substitute a prize of equal or higher value.
(b) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising in connection with the Promotion or prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded.
(c) Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
