There’s no doubt you’ve heard of the iconic Great Ocean Road, or perhaps you’ve even been lucky enough to cruise along and bask in its beauty! There’s so much to see along the way, from charming towns full of friendly locals to awe-inspiring scenery that will leave a lasting impression: let’s unpack one of Australia’s most scenic routes!

In light of recent rankings, we thought a post about the incredible Adelaide seemed very appropriate. In case you didn’t already know, humble ol’ Adelaide scored a whopping 3rd place in the world’s most liveable cities 2021 ranking (but being native and proud South Australians, we already knew that!).

Just 19 kilometres off the coast of Western Australia, you will discover the gorgeous oasis of Rottnest Island, or ‘Rotto’ as the locals refer to it. A ferry across from Fremantle takes just 25 minutes and in no time, you are bathing in the island’s beauty.

Touring the south west, from Esperance to Albany, you will be amazed at the beauty of Western Australia’s landscapes and abundance of wildlife.

Just a short, 30 minute scenic drive east from Adelaide’s CBD is Australia’s oldest German town, the charming Hahndorf.

Winding through Tasmania's mountains from Strahan to Queenstown, I had no idea what to expect from our upcoming train journey.

As well as being famous for its diversity, natural beauty and rugged landscapes, Tasmania is also quickly becoming food lover’s paradise. With a rich history in agriculture and farming, the island is abundant with gourmet experiences which will tantalise the tastebuds.

We knew it was going to be a special day in Freycinet National Park when we saw the Hazards range on our way to Coles Bay. Everyone in the group was excited for the cruise to Wineglass Bay, and we were lucky to have glorious weather with clear skies, which made the day even more memorable.

Just like the infamous navigator Matthew Flinders, of whom these landmarks were named, you will uncover a world of spectacular landscapes and abundant wildlife, as you journey from Flinders Chase National Park to the Flinders Ranges.
