It always gives me a buzz arriving in to Egypt at Cairo Airport, as there seems to be so many people and so much hustle and bustle – yet strangely it feels like an organised chaos!

Travelling across Southern Africa from Windhoek in Namibia to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe (a similar distance to that of driving from Sydney to Perth) I had no idea of the varied sights and experiences that I would enjoy on my journey. From the highest sand dunes on earth, to an inland delta and through to one of the largest waterfalls in the world.
